CEO
Dan Stoltzfus
Since the age of 17, Dan has built an extensive portfolio with building, buying and selling businesses. He is currently the founder and owner of Fort Knox, one of the top Security Alarm companies within the industry. Dan has a strong passion for investments that generate better tax advantages, which sparked his interest in investing into Commercial Real Estate. Aside from business, Dan has also done a lot of work within the remote villages in Kenya, a country in eastern Africa, and plans to continue helping communities in need.

Mark and Tamiel Kenney
Mark and Tamiel Kenney have been seasoned real estate investors for over 25 years and have invested in 6500+ apartment units. They are also the founders of Think Multifamily, a leading Multifamily Acquisition and Education company, where they are coaching others to go BIG, fast with Apartment investing.

Similar to his father (Dan), Daniel has started several small-scale businesses at a very young age, allowing him to generate a substantial amount of knowledge regarding what it takes to be successful. Over the last 3 years, Daniel has devoted himself to studying multifamily syndication, while also working his management position at Fort Knox Security. His goal, like many, is to not only be financially free, but to be a pillar of King Capital and future partnering businesses.

Hayden Ferguson
Hayden has studied multifamily real estate for almost 4 years now. Through a variety of networking groups and mentors, he was able to close on his first real estate deal at 19 years of age. He now focuses on analyzing and finding potential value-add properties in the multifamily space and bringing them to investors. In his teenage years, he worked for his fathers value add construction company and helped lead the Due diligence team. Now, his focus is to continue analyzing and bringing value to potential investors.
